Recurring Maintenance

In order to provide timely application of security updates, patches and stability fixes, Information Technology reserves the following dates and times to perform routine maintenance and upgrades to enterprise systems.  During these maintenance windows, end users may experience intermittent service interruptions, or none at all.  When an actual maintenance is scheduled to be performed, this information will be posted.

Public Facing Services: (Systems, Servers, Networking etc.)

  • Weekly: Thursday Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • 3:00AM to 5:00AM
  • Weekly: Friday Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • 3:00AM to 5:00AM
       
  • Monthly: 1st Sunday of Every Month Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • 1:00AM to 7:00AM
  • Monthly: 3rd Friday of Every Month Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • 1:00AM to 7:00AM

Managed Computers: (Desktop and Mobile Devices)

  • Weekly: Friday Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • Initiated at 1:00AM
       
  • Weekly: Saturday Morning Services Maintenance Window
    • Initiated at 1:00AM
